This building was built in 2014 in the Widzew district . It is unique in terms of scale and architecture and is an original addition to one of the most popular places to live in Łódź. It consists of three blocks of variable height from 10 to 14 storeys combined in the form of the letter “Y”.

The general contractor for this investment was a Łódź-based company Budomal.
